Here's the issue...
You want to feel loved so you do whatever you can to help others in hopes they will see what a good person you are. You end up feeling under-appreciated and burnt out.
You want to be happy, so you follow therapists on Instagram, buy self-help books, and write a morning routine. You forget about the IG posts, the book collects dust, and you watch Netflix for too long at night that you miss your morning routine. You then feel like it's impossible that you'll ever change.
You crave connection. But you struggle to get past the surface and talk about the things that are important to you because of the fear of judgment. You end up feeling like there's no one you can be your true self around.
You want more in life. You want to set goals, go for promotions at work, and leave your relationship but you're scared of the unknown. Fear gets the better of you and you end up staying where you are, small but safe (and left wondering "what if..").
You want to be more accepting of yourself but you have so many expectations. Feeling like you should feel better and you should be doing more in your life makes it impossible for you to ever be content with who you are. You end up being self-critical and holding yourself back from love.

THE WÄ€HINE BEHIND LIGHTHOUSE
The pain of feeling stuck, heartbroken, not enough, too much... I've been there and there are times when I still find myself there.
I come from a personal training background where my clients would often confide in me. I realised how similar we all are and how critical we can be of ourselves. My passion shifted from wanting to help women with their physical well-being to their mental and emotional well-being.
Over the past 8 years, I have committed myself to learning — through books, podcasts, workshops, coaching, and life experiences. As I have integrated these learnings, I have grown into a woman and a coach I am deeply proud of.
My purpose is not to help women be happy 24/7. My purpose is to help women build a stronger relationship with themselves so that they can show up in the uncertainty and challenges of life with curiosity, compassion, and courage.
Lighthouse is ideal for women who:
༄ Are going through a transitory time in their life — leaving a relationship or a job, entering into a new relationship or job, becoming a mum, entering a new age.
༄ Value kindness but struggle to genuinely offer it to themselves and receive it from others.
༄ Struggle with perfectionism and people-pleasing. Avoids conflict or difficult conversations even if it means abandoning themselves in the process.
༄ Value connection and openness with others. They are seeking a community where they can be their authentic selves and talk about more than just surface-level things.
༄ Tend to seek validation and confidence from external sources (job, relationships, body image, social media).
༄ Have dabbled in the self-development world, may have gone/go to therapy, and listen to a few podcasts here and there but crave support and tangible tools to take action.
HOW IS LIGHTHOUSE DIFFERENT?
COACHING
My approach is warm and non-judgmental. I don't believe in fear-based accountability that doesn't make room for our humanness. I, too, am on this journey. I'm not on the top of a mountain telling you how to get to the top, I'm just at a different point with a different perspective.
CONNECTION
I focus on cultivating a sense of safety and trust within the group as well as pairing you up with someone within the course that I feel you'll get along with so you can support one another through the process.
BALANCE
I have a mixture of go-at-your-own-pace work and live coaching to ensure you don't feel overwhelmed but you still stay accountable and are motivated to get the work done.
LIFE TIME ACCESS
There is no time pressure to get across all the work and resources within the 3 months. You have the option to revisit the material whenever you're in need of a self-worth top-up.
STRUCTURE
Every week is thoughtfully created so you know exactly what you're doing and when. Lighthouse uses proven systems and tools to help you accomplish your goals and desired feelings every week.
1:1 FEEL
Even though this is a group program, I wilI care deeply for you as an individual. I will do whatever I possibly can to ensure you feel seen and are getting as much value as possible.
MODULE ONE
SELF-ACCEPTANCE
Learn the importance of practicing self-compassion. You will take inventory of your current actions and discover why you're not feeling the way you wish to feel. We will work through the natural resistance and obstacles that come with accepting ourselves.
MODULE TWO
IDENTITY & HABITS
Learn how to make habits using identity and intentionality. We will work through why you struggle to keep promises to yourself and how your habits can help build trust in yourself.
MODULE THREE
THOUGHT WORK
We will take a deep dive into your beliefs and conditioned thoughts, and equip you with tools to break the criticism in your head working 24/7. Learn about the thought cycle and how what we think directly translates to the results we get out of life.
MODULE FOUR
EGOÂ &Â AUTHENTIC SELF
Learn about the labels you confine yourself to and how they affect your self-worth, discover your core values and how to align your life to them, and learn who your authentic self is and how you can confidently express that beautiful part of yourself.
MODULEÂ FIVE
CONNECTION & BOUNDARIES
Gain clarity in what you want your relationships to look like, how to attract your kind of people, and how to set boundaries to improve your current relationships. We will discuss the importance of vulnerability and what it all looks like in practice.
MODULEÂ SIX
HIGHER-SELF CREATION
Learn how to live in possibility, create your own version of your higher self and how it will become a magnet for your dream life. We will set goals and talk about the fear that naturally comes with doing so (and what you can do about it).
